The Ignacz Heymann Palace and Anheuer House got their construction permit and were finalized almost in the same time, but they presented opposite plastic expressions.

The Anheuer House, in Secession style, was very modern for its time. The Ignacz Heymann, on the other hand, due to its neobaroque decorations, was considered ‘anachronic’.

According to the 1910 address book, the owner of the house was the tycoon János Holtz.
